Annual meeting for members

VENUE: Main Sports Hall, Swanmore College of Technology
The
club is holding a meeting to review the past year, and to make plans
for the forthcoming year. All adult members of the club (and
parents of our junior members) are welcome to attend.
Items already on the agenda are as follows:
• Review of the year
• Election of Officers for the coming year
•
Proposal that the club ceases partially funding the insurance renewal
for members and asks each member to pay the full insurance cost of £17
a year.
